What do buyers ask before starting an OEM battery project?

The questions that decide whether a private-label battery order is workable: the minimum order, what can be printed on the cell and the pack, the packaging formats available, what we need from you, and how long sampling and mass production take.

What is your MOQ for OEM batteries?
First orders start from 50 cartons per product line — the same entry point for button cells, alkaline cells and printed packaging. Custom battery packs are quoted per project after design and sampling.
Can you custom print my brand label?
Yes. We print your logo and brand on the cell (negative electrode / wrap) and on retail-ready packaging — blister, card and box — to your artwork. Licensed-OEM programs are also available.
Which packaging formats can I order?
Bulk boxes, single-cell blister cards, 2 / 4 / 6 / 8-piece blister cards, shrink packs, printed boxes (2BP / 4BP / 8BP), 10-piece strips, 9V and 12V cards, and promotion display boxes — all printed with your artwork and barcode.
How long is the OEM sample cycle?
Samples are typically produced within 1-2 weeks after we confirm the spec sheet. Custom cells or packs may take a little longer — we confirm the timeline in the quote.
What is your lead time for mass production?
Mass-production lead time depends on the line, quantity and packaging. Once the sample is approved we schedule production and confirm a firm delivery date.
Can you make custom voltage / capacity batteries?
Yes. We customize voltage, capacity, size, chemistry (alkaline, silver-oxide, lithium, NiMH, zinc-air) and connectors. Send us your spec and we confirm feasibility.
Do you supply the EU 2023/1542 compliance documents?
Yes. For EU buyers we prepare the battery regulation file (mercury / cadmium / lead limits, labelling and separate-collection symbol) together with the UN38.3 test report for lithium cells, MSDS, CE and RoHS declarations, and air / sea transport certificates.
What do you need from us to start?
Your target model or device, quantity per year, packaging format, and your logo artwork (AI / PDF / vector). If you only have a sample battery, send a photo or the printed marking — we identify the equivalent cell.

What do buyers ask about wholesale battery supply?

For distributors and importers buying to stock rather than to a brand: wholesale order quantities, ready stock, mixing models in one container, how tiered pricing works at volume, shipping to an Amazon FBA warehouse, and payment terms.

What is your wholesale MOQ?
First orders from 50 cartons per product line. Mixed-SKU cartons are possible for retail programmes. Custom packs are quoted per project after sampling.
Do you have stock ready to ship?
Yes. High-volume models — including CR2032, CR2025, CR2016, LR44, AA (LR6) and AAA (LR03) — are kept in ready stock for fast dispatch. Confirm current availability when you enquire.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Mixed-model and mixed-packaging containers are normal for distributors — for example AA + AAA + CR2032 + 9V in one order, each in its own printed carton. Tell us your mix and we confirm the loading plan.
How is pricing set for 100K AA batteries?
Pricing is quoted per spec, chemistry, quantity and packaging. Bulk tiers and volume discounts are confirmed in the price list we send.
Can you ship to an Amazon FBA warehouse?
Yes. We prep shipments for Amazon FBA — labeling, bundling and direct-to-warehouse delivery. Tell us how you want it packed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard trade payment terms. Confirm payment method, Incoterms and shipping details with our sales team on your order.
Can I get my own brand on wholesale batteries?
Yes. Our private label and OEM program puts your logo on every cell and on the packaging — see the OEM page for packaging formats, artwork and sampling.
How do I get the wholesale price list?
Send us the models, quantity per model and your market through the contact form — we reply with the price list, MOQ per model and a lead time within 24 hours.

What do buyers ask about certifications and compliance documents?

The paperwork side of a battery order — which certifications the factory holds, how to obtain the UN38.3 test report, whether the cells are UL listed, which CE and RoHS documents are issued, and what IEC 60086 actually covers.

Which certifications do your batteries have?
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 45001, BSCI, UL (selected product lines), UN38.3 (lithium cells), CE, RoHS, SGS and PONY, plus maritime and air transport certification for safe worldwide shipping.
How do I get the UN38.3 test report?
Request the UN38.3 test report along with your OEM or wholesale inquiry. For lithium cells we provide the transport test report needed for air and sea freight.
Are your batteries UL certified?
UL covers specific product lines. Tell us the exact cell or pack for your project and we confirm UL coverage and provide the relevant documentation.
What is IEC 60086?
IEC 60086 is the international primary-battery standard covering dimensions, electrical performance and safety. Our button and cylindrical cells are manufactured and tested to this series.
Can you provide CE / RoHS documents?
Yes. For the EU market we provide CE and RoHS documentation, plus battery information sheets in line with EU Regulation 2023/1542.
How do I get the documents for a model before ordering?
Send us the model list for your project and we return the current revisions of the certificates, the declaration of conformity, the MSDS and the UN38.3 report, together with the model list each document covers.
Which certificates do I need for my market?
It depends on where you list the product. The EU needs a Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 declaration per model plus CE and RoHS; the US needs UN38.3 for lithium transport and child-resistant packaging for button cells; air and sea freight always needs the MSDS, and lithium cells also carry the UN38.3 summary (alkaline and silver-oxide cells are non-dangerous goods and have no UN38.3 report). Tell us your market and we confirm the file set for the models you plan to order.

What do buyers ask about button cells?

Coin and button cells are the highest-volume line for most private-label programmes: how to identify the right model from the number on the old cell, whether the cells are mercury-free, and how custom label and packaging work on these small formats.

How do I find the right button cell?
Match the number printed on your old cell (or in the device manual) in the cross-reference table on this page — e.g. LR44 = AG13 = A76 = 357. Each model page also lists its own compatibility list.
Are your button cells mercury-free?
Yes. We produce 0% mercury alkaline button cells and mercury-free lithium & silver-oxide button cells on Japanese MITSUBISHI full-automatic lines.
Can I get custom label & packaging?
Yes. Custom brand label, blister and packaging for OEM / ODM and private-label button cell projects.

What do buyers ask about watch batteries?

Watch cells are where buyers most often need the specification rather than a product: which cell a movement takes, whether silver-oxide or lithium is correct, how long the cell lasts, and whether we manufacture the silver-oxide range ourselves.

How do I know what battery my watch takes?
Read the number printed on the old cell — 377/SR626SW, 371, 364 and CR2032 cover the large majority of watches. If the print is worn, measure the diameter and thickness of the old cell and match both in the table above. Always match the cell that came out of your own watch: a brand can change movements between model years.
Can I replace a watch battery myself?
Yes, using a watch-back tool or flat screwdriver. Match the exact size and voltage, note which side faces up, and never force the case back shut.
Is a 377 battery the same as SR626SW?
Yes. 377 = SR626SW = AG4 = SG4 — a 6.8mm × 2.6mm, 1.55V silver-oxide cell. Either marking is a direct replacement for your watch.
How long does a watch battery last?
It depends on the movement rather than on the cell alone — a plain three-hand movement draws far less than a chronograph, a light or an alarm. We publish the rated capacity of each cell (the 377 is 24mAh) instead of a single life figure, because capacity is what we can measure and declare. Ask us for the discharge curve of the model you are using.
Which battery is best for a wristwatch — silver oxide or lithium?
Silver-oxide cells (377, 371, 364) hold a steady 1.55V and are the standard choice for analog watch movements. Larger sport and feature watches may use a CR2032 lithium cell at 3V. Fit the chemistry your watch was designed for.
Do you actually manufacture these watch cells?
Yes. Silver-oxide (SR) is one of the three button-cell chemistries we produce in-house, on Japanese MITSUBISHI full-automatic lines and mercury-free. We are the sole agent for the SEIZI (Japan) battery range and a silver-oxide technology partner of Japan SOXEY.
Can you supply watch cells with my own brand on them?
Yes — OEM custom label and retail packaging, printed in our own plant. Button and coin cells start from 50 cartons per product line.

How do I contact the factory and what should I send?

What to put in the first message so the first reply is a priced answer rather than a follow-up question, how fast we reply, and which documents travel with an order once it is placed.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours on working days. Send the model (or the number on the old cell), the packaging format and your annual quantity and we can usually quote in the first reply.
What should I include in the first message?
The cell or device, the annual quantity, the packaging you need (bare cell, blister, printed box) and the market you sell into. If you are not sure which cell fits, send a photo of the holder or the old battery.
Can you produce under my own brand?
Yes — printing on the cell, the blister card and the box is done in our own plant, from 50 cartons per product line, with your logo, barcode and languages.
Which documents come with an order?
An EU declaration of conformity, MSDS and the commercial documents; lithium cells also carry UN38.3 transport documentation. Certificates for the factory (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, UL, CE, RoHS) are supplied once.
