Lithium coin cells are poured and sealed on Japanese MITSUBISHI full-automatic lines inside Tianqiu Industrial Park, with ISO 9001 process control and final electrical test before packing.

Do you manufacture CR lithium coin cells yourself?

Yes. CR2032, CR2025, CR2016, CR2450, CR1632 and more are produced in our own plant on Japanese full-automatic lines, with mercury-free Li-MnO₂ chemistry and 3V output.

What is the MOQ for lithium batteries?

Button-cell lithium models start from 50 cartons per product line. Custom Li-ion / LiFePO4 packs are quoted per project after design and sampling.

Are lithium batteries safe to ship by air?

Yes — with the right documents. Every shipment includes the UN38.3 test report, MSDS and air / maritime transport certificates, so freight forwarders accept the cargo.

Can you build a custom Li-ion or LiFePO4 pack?

Yes. Cell selection, spot welding, connectors, PCM / BMS and enclosure are built to your drawing, with a sample run before mass production.

What documents do EU buyers receive?

UN38.3 test report, MSDS, CE and RoHS declarations, plus the EU Regulation 2023/1542 compliance file (mercury, cadmium and lead limits).

How long does a lithium sample take?
