Where is the EU declaration of conformity for each model?
Every model we export under has its own declaration of conformity to Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, and each one carries its own reference number. The numbers are listed below by product family, so your compliance team can quote the exact document it needs instead of asking for "the certificates".

Which compliance documents can I get?
Three documents travel with every order, and they are referenced on each model page:
- EU declaration of conformity — references EU Regulation 2023/1542 and the IEC 60086 test series, with a declaration number per model.
- MSDS — material safety data sheet for the chemistry, required by freight forwarders and by many customers' own compliance teams.
- UN38.3 transport documentation — needed for air and sea freight of lithium cells; alkaline and silver-oxide cells are non-dangerous goods.
The marking, warning and waste-battery obligations that apply to these cells are set out on our EU battery compliance page, and the certificates our factory holds are listed under certifications.
What do buyers ask about battery documentation?
What documents ship with a battery order?
Every shipment carries the EU declaration of conformity, an MSDS and the commercial invoice and packing list; lithium cells also travel with UN38.3 transport documentation. Certificates for the factory (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, UL, CE, RoHS) are supplied once and updated when they are renewed.
Can I get the EU declaration of conformity for a specific model?
Yes — the declaration number for each model we publish is listed on this page. Send us the model or the reference number and we return the signed declaration document, plus the TDC technical file where one has been published for that model.
Can I get a data sheet for a specific model?
Yes. Fifteen models have a downloadable data sheet on this page; for any other model send us the number on the cell and we will return the technical data sheet and the declaration of conformity for it.
Do you provide a price list before I commit to a quantity?
Yes — tell us the model, the packaging format and your annual quantity and we reply with unit price, MOQ band and lead time. Prices are tiered by quantity, so the list is issued per project rather than as a public file.
Are the documents accepted for EU import?
The declaration of conformity references EU Regulation 2023/1542 and the IEC 60086 test series; the MSDS covers transport by air and sea, and lithium cells also carry the UN38.3 transport documentation. Buyers receive the full set before the first shipment.
