AAA Batteries (LR03 / R03)

AAA Batteries - Alkaline & Carbon-Zinc

Factory-direct AAA batteries: alkaline LR03 (1020-1260mAh) and carbon-zinc R03, 0% mercury, 5-year shelf life, custom label & packaging.

AAA batteries from our own factory in two chemistries: alkaline LR03 rated 1020-1260mAh with a five-year shelf life, and carbon-zinc R03 for lighter loads. Both are 0% mercury, and both are available with OEM custom label and packaging under your own brand.

AAA (LR03) cells are the format most household devices are built around: remote controls, clocks, small toys, thermometers and wireless mice. A good alkaline cell holds 1,020–1,260 mAh at low drain, which is why the same size turns up in devices that are replaced every few months and in devices forgotten for years.

We produce the alkaline and the zinc-carbon version of this size on our own lines, with 0% mercury added. Both are supplied as bare cells, blister cards (2, 4 or 8 pack) or printed boxes, with your logo, barcode and languages printed in the same plant. OEM packaging starts from 50 cartons per product line.

FAQ

What do buyers ask about AAA batteries?

Is a AAA battery the same voltage as AA?
Yes. A TIANQIU alkaline AAA (LR03) is 1.5V nominal like an AA, but with lower capacity (1020-1260mAh vs 2150-2600mAh).
What is the capacity of a AAA battery?
TIANQIU LR03 alkaline cells range from 1020mAh (Blue) to 1260mAh (Ultral); a carbon-zinc R03 is 400mAh (0.6Wh).
How long does a AAA battery last?
An LR03 alkaline has a 5-year shelf life and runs 18-24.5 hours in digital audio under test; an R03 runs 21.0 hours.
Are your AAA batteries mercury-free?
Yes. Our alkaline AAA batteries are 0% mercury, made on Japanese MITSUBISHI full-automatic lines.
Can you custom pack AAA batteries for my brand?
Yes. We offer custom label, blister and box packaging for OEM / ODM and private-label AAA battery projects.
